The service

Convertly apps are file-processing tools (for example, image conversion) that run directly on your device. They are offered as a free plan, with limits, and as a Premium plan, by paid subscription.

Free plan

The free plan can be used with or without an account. It comes with limits (for example a number of processing operations per day, a number of files per operation, certain formats or a maximum resolution) and, in the Android and iPhone apps, advertising. These limits are stated in each app and may change.

Account

You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your password confidential. The same account works across every Convertly app. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

Premium subscription

• Content : the Premium subscription removes the free plan limits and the ads, under the conditions described in each app.
• Price : the price, duration (monthly or yearly) and currency are shown before purchase in the app or on the payment page. Prices are shown tax included.
• Where to buy it : via Google Play (Android), the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Stripe (Chrome extension). The purchase is also subject to the terms of the platform used.
• Validity : a Premium subscription is tied to your Convertly account and works across every Convertly app where you are signed in.
• Automatic renewal : the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price unless you are notified otherwise, for as long as it is not cancelled.
• Cancellation : you can cancel at any time, no later than 24 hours before the renewal date:
  • Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions;
  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions;
  • Chrome extension: from the subscription management link shown in the "Account" tab or in the confirmation email.

  Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Premium remains active until then.

• Refunds : purchases made via Google Play or the App Store are refunded according to those platforms’ rules. For a purchase made via Stripe, contact us.

Right of withdrawal (European Union consumers)

You generally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance. Since the Premium subscription gives immediate access to digital content and a digital service, you may request its immediate performance and expressly waive your right of withdrawal at the time of purchase; in that case, withdrawal is no longer possible once Premium is activated. If you did not give this waiver, you can withdraw within 14 days by writing to convertlyconversion@gmail.com (or via the purchase platform).

Permitted use

You agree to use the apps lawfully, to process only files you are entitled to use, and not to circumvent the free plan limits or disrupt the service. In case of abuse, account access may be suspended.

Liability

Since files are processed on your device, always keep your original files. We do our best to keep the apps working correctly, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. Our liability cannot be engaged for file loss or indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The apps, their name, design and code belong to Pixelforma. Your files remain yours: we claim no rights over them.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change over time. In case of a significant change concerning the subscription, you will be informed before it takes effect.
