Description of Services

Convertly Picture offers online image processing tools: compression, conversion, resizing, and other modifications. Premium features, if offered in the future, will be described on the pricing page.

Pricing

The prices of paid services will be displayed inclusive of tax on the pricing page. Convertly Picture reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with new prices applying to new orders.

Payment and Billing

Payments will be made via Stripe, a secure payment platform. An invoice will be sent by email after each transaction.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once their execution has begun with your prior agreement and express waiver.

Termination

For subscriptions, cancellation can be made at any time from your customer area. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Applicable Law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of France.
